Samantha Roth facilitates institution-wide efforts to stregthen research and grants administration infrastructure at Guilford College. As Grants Project Manager, she coordinates pre- and post-award processes and works closely with faculty, staff, and senior leadership to advance mission-aligned projects and strategic priorities. Her work includes developing standardized procedures, implementing internal controls, and supporting academic and administrative units in navigating complex grant requirements. Samantha also leads institutional efforts in cross-functional coordination to enhance research capacity and external partnership development across campus. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University-Newark and dual bachelor’s degrees in Government and Peace Studies from Manhattan College.
